Tribunal Chair Pinders talk to GMWRAG on best practice and tribunals.

In the dim and distant days of 2007 when most of Manchester still had advice services and tribunal Judges were still called Chairs, GMWRAG went to Trafford one murky January and so did Stuart Pinder. To coincide with the news that Mr. Pinder has now retired GMWRAG has discovered the notes taken from that meeting and published them below. We were not convinced Mr. Pinder was the author of said notes and we have subsequently been advised that this was a good guess so, credit where it’s due, to Paul Macklin who, at the time, was an Appeals Officer with Manchester Advice.

“Notes from talk by Stuart Pinder – District Chairman, at GMWRAG meeting on 19th January 2007.”
