Participants wanted in research in using food banks, food clubs or food pantries.

Apparently the pantry is making a comeback. This has been predicted for more than 10 years. We can’t help think there’s a large gap between the origins of the pantry and perhaps the types of pantries which are actually in existence today.

The universities of Salford, Huddersfield and Birmingham are looking for clients to share their experience to help improve the experience of others. As part of their research project, they would like to hear about use of food banks, food clubs and food pantries and the forms of support received.

They are offering a £20 shopping voucher to all participants.

Please text or email Andrea to learn more about the research:

They expect any conversations to last for around an hour and will arrange to speak to people at a time and place that is convenient for them. They can supply more information on our project when they hear from you by text or email. GMWRAG members can download the project poster here.
